Post-Construction
Cleanup.

Move-in ready commercial cleaning after new builds, office renovations, and fit-outs on Long Island — so your facility is operational on Day One, not Day Five.

Construction Is Finished. Now Get It Ready for People.

Construction and renovation projects leave behind a specific category of mess that general cleaning services are not equipped to handle. Fine construction dust settles into HVAC grilles, coats light fixtures, and infiltrates every surface in the space. Drywall compound residue, adhesive overspray, paint splatter, caulk residue, and debris from cutting and drilling accumulate in places that require specific removal techniques and appropriate products.

First Aid Cleaning Services LLC provides professional post-construction cleaning for commercial spaces throughout Long Island. We work with general contractors, commercial property developers, tenant improvement project managers, and building owners to deliver a fully move-in ready space — clean from the ceiling grid down to the floor, from the inside of every cabinet to the exterior of every window.

We understand that project timelines are tight and certificate of occupancy milestones create real pressure. We schedule efficiently, work with your GC on access and sequencing, and complete the work to a standard your clients and tenants will notice immediately. We are MWBE certified and DOL compliant, which qualifies us for public-sector and municipal construction cleaning contracts.

Post-Construction Cleaning — Common Questions.

Ideally, contact us as soon as your project timeline is established so we can hold your dates. Final cleaning should be scheduled after all trades are completely out of the space — painting, flooring, millwork, and fixtures all completed. Schedule the final move-in clean for the day before or day of occupancy. We can also plan for rough clean phases earlier in the project if needed.
Yes. We regularly coordinate with GCs on access, phasing, and scheduling. Provide us with your GC's contact information and we will coordinate directly, keeping you updated on progress and any issues. We understand construction schedules shift and we build flexibility into our planning wherever possible.
We remove general construction cleanup debris — scrap pieces, packaging, dust, and light construction remnants. We do not haul large quantities of construction waste, handle hazardous materials, or operate dumpsters. Heavy debris removal should be completed by your GC before we begin detailed cleaning phases.
Yes. Medical facility post-construction cleaning includes an additional disinfection phase to address construction particulate on clinical surfaces, HVAC contamination from renovation dust, and preparation for healthcare occupancy. We apply our medical cleaning protocols as part of the final phase for any healthcare construction project.
